How soon can we schedule a quote?
Most appointments are available within 24-48 hours. If you have received a “Red Tag” violation, you can text photos of your hoods to 512-702-6291. After inspection, the quote will be delivered via email within 24 hours.
What are your payment terms?
Credit Card/ACH payment information is required before scheduling work, and Net 15/Net 30 payment terms are available for customers with multiple locations and/or well-established businesses.
What happens during the inspection?
Complete evaluation of the hood, ductwork, fans, and exhaust system, with an immediate quote.
How long does cleaning take?
Typically 2-4 hours, depending on kitchen size and grease buildup
When can hood cleaning be scheduled?
After approval of the quote, we can typically have your location scheduled within 3-5 Business days.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes, per NFPA 96, we apply a certification sticker to your hood and will email before and after pictures along with any deficiencies found the morning after cleaning.
Do you clean filters?
Yes, we provide filter exchange services.
Can you clean appliances?
Yes, we can clean anything in the back of house, including floors, walls, appliances, and tables.
Can you maintain fire extinguishers and fire suppression?
Yes, we are licensed to provide all of these services as a convenience to consolidate all of your fire protection services.
